Dill Maple Glazed Carrots

Ingredients
- 1 16-oz. bag baby carrots
- 2 Tbs. butter or margarine
- 3 Tbs. maple syrup
- 2 qts. boiling water
- 1 tsp. dill weed
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Boil carrots in 2 qts. of boiling water for about 15-20 minutes, or until carrots can be inserted easily with a fork. Next add the remaining ingredients and simmer on low for about 10 minutes, until carrots have a shimmer to them.
