Dill Pickle Dip
Ingredients
- 3 oz. cream cheese
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 2 med. dill pickles, finely diced with juice
Directions
Let cream cheese and sour cream soften to room temperature for ease of mixing. Add the diced dill pickles, with enough juice for flavor and softening of texture. Refrigerate overnight prior to serving with chips or vegetables.
