Dill Sauce

This sauce is wonderful with salmon patties or with baked salmon.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 C. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 C. prepared Dijon-style mustard
  • 1 tsp. dried dill weed
  • 1/3 C. buttermilk

Directions

In a small bowl combine mayonnaise, mustard, dill and buttermilk. Chill for at least 30 minutes.

Yield: 8 servings
