Ingredients
- 5 med. potatoes
- 1 Tbs. salt
- 2-3 Tbs. butter or margarine
- 1-2 Tbs. pepper
- 1-2 Tbs. dill weed
- milk as needed
- Optional:
- chopped onion
- finely chopped cooked bacon
- shredded cheese
Directions
Pare potatoes, cut into quarters, place in boiling water, with 1 Tbs. salt added, for 25 minutes. Drain water off, place in medium sized mixer bowl, add the butter or margarine, pepper and dill weed to taste. Add milk as needed during mixing for desired consistency.
