Pineapple juice, coconut cream and pineapple sherbet garnished with a fresh pineapple wedge and a cherry - this is a favorite of kids.

Ingredients

  • 1 C. pineapple juice
  • 2 C. pineapple sorbet
  • 2 Tbs. cream of coconut
  • 1 slice fresh pineapple
  • 2 maraschino cherries

Directions

In a blender combine pineapple juice, pineapple sherbet and coconut cream. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve garnished with a wedge of pineapple and a cherry.

Yield: 2 Servings
