  • 6 C. vegetable broth
  • ½ white onion
  • 12 baby carrots
  • 2 potatoes, peeled and cut
  • 2 T. dried dill
  • 1 C. pickles, chopped
  • 1 C. pickle juice
  • 1 C. half and half
  • 2 C. Beef, chopped

Pour the vegetable broth and the chopped beef into a crockpot and set it on a low setting. Take the potatoes, carrots and onions and place them into a food processor until the mixture is smooth. Add this mixture into the crockpot and add the dill. Let it cook for 6-8 hours on a low setting. Add in the pickles and the pickle juice 15 minutes before its done. Stir in the half and half 5 minutes before it is done. Serve and enjoy.
