Divine Ground Beef Tomato Cheesy Flatbread

- 11 oz Container of Refrigerated Thin Crust Pizza Dough
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 C. tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 Green pepper, chopped finely
- 1/2 C. Parmesan Cheese
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Unroll the refrigerated pizza dough. Shape into a long diamond, leaving a large indent in the center for flatbread filling. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until brown.
Cook ground beef on the stove top until brown.
Combine cooked beef with chopped tomatoes and onion in a separate bowl.
One pizza crust is cool, scoop filling in on top.
Top entire filling with Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
