Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray 9x11 roasting pan with Pam non stick cooking spray. Braise pork chops on both sides to seal in juices in a hot skillet. Wash thinly sliced potatos and add to roasting pan. I make these potato sliced in the shape of potato chips, just not as thin. Add all herbs and mix. Layer pork chops on top of potatos. Put cream of mushroom soup on top of pork chops and smear it all over them. Fill your empty soup can with water. Pour can of water on top of the casserole. Cover and bake for 1 hour, then remove cover and bake for 30 minutes more.

  • This was delicious, had a great flavor, but I used the cream of mushroom soup with garlic in it and also sprayed the pan with Pam with garlic. Will make this again and again!
