  • 4 boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 T. olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼ C. flour, extra for coating chicken
  • ½ stick butter
  • 3 C. heavy whipping cream
  • 1 ½ C. Parmesan, shredded
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 C. pasta, cooked and drained

Coat chicken in flour, salt, and pepper mixture and transfer to a skillet with heated oil. Cook chicken through for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Remove from heat and set aside. In a saucepan, melt butter and whisk in flour. Pour in cream and garlic; bring to a simmer and whisk in Parmesan, salt, and pepper until sauce begins to thicken. Toss pasta with sauce and chicken pieces. Serve hot.
