Ingredients

  • Ingredients:
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1/4 cup water
  • ½ head lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • ½ bell pepper
  • ¼ Red Onion
  • 2 Green Onions
  • ½ Tomato
  • 1 cup crushed Tortilla Chips

Directions

First, in a large skillet, cook your ground beef until browned. Remove all but two tbsp of grease. Add in the taco seasoning and stir.

Next, sprinkle on a heaping tablespoon of flour and stir it in until it’s been totally
absorbed. Pour in a half cup of water and stir.

Once your taco meat has cooled, toss into a bowl with your lettuce, shredded cheddar cheese, crushed tortilla chips, peppers and onions.
