  • 16 Ounces of Softened Cream Cheese
  • 2 ½ Cups of Cool Whipped Topping
  • 2 Cups of Powdered Sugar
  • (Optional: 1 Cup of Mixed Berries for the Topping)

To begin, combine your crushed graham crackers and melted butter in a bowl. Press this mix into the bottom of a spring-form pan and set it to chill in the fridge for 10-15 minutes.

While the crust chills, mix the cream cheese in a bowl with a mixer on high speed until it becomes smooth. Gradually add in portions of the powdered sugar, mixing on low to incorporate it and then increasing speed once it’s more evenly mixed. Fold the whipped topping into this mixture and then spread it over the crust base until everything is as smooth as possible.

Make sure to cover your cheesecake in plastic wrap and let it sit in the freezer for at least 2 hours or in the fridge overnight. Let it warm up for 10 minutes before serving!
