Double Cheese Crab Dip
Ingredients
- 1 C. Pace Picante Sauce or Chunky Salsa
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 8 oz. can refrigerated pasteurized crab meat
- 1 C. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 C. sliced pitted ripe olives
- Pace Picante Sauce
Directions
Mix picante sauce and chili powder. Spread cream cheese in a 9" pie plate. Top with picante sauce mixture, crab meat, cheddar cheese, olives, and additional picante sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until hot. Serve with pita triangles, tortilla chips or fresh vegetables for dipping.
Note: When I made it, I mixed everything except the olives together, instead of layering the ingredients. I cannot imagine it being any better than it was by layering! Also, it took a little longer than 15 minutes for it to get "bubbling" hot. Just DELISH!
