  • 1 (8 oz. pkg.) fat-free cream cheese, softened
  • 1 C. unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 egg whites
  • 3/4 C. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbs. vanilla
  • 1 C. plain, fat-free yogurt
  • 1 C. oat flour
  • 1 1/2 C. whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 C. unsweetened cocoa
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 C. mini semisweet chocolate chips

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, use an electric mixter to blend cream cheese and applesauce until smooth. Add dry ingredients and stir. Combine with cream cheese mix. Combine well. Stir in chocolate chips. Fill each greased muffin tin 1/2 full. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
