  • 2 C. flour
  • 2 T. sugar
  • 1 ½ T. baking powder
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 1 C. milk
  • ¼ C. butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • Extra:
  • Jelly of choice
  • Powdered sugar

Combine the first five ingredients together. In a separate bowl mix the remaining ingredients. Combine both mixtures once they are both smooth. Get a frying pan ready. Roll the dough into balls. Place them one at a time into the frying pan. When you remove them put them onto a paper towel lined baking sheet. Fill up each fritter wit the jelly of your choice with a piping bag. Sprinkle some powdered sugar once you fill all of the fritters.
