  • 2 C. Frozen Peas, thawed and drained
  • 1 C. Shredded Carrots
  • 1 Medium Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 8 oz. package Cooked Chopped Ham
  • 1/2 tsp. Sea Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/4 C. Olive Oil, plus additional to coat and drizzle
  • 16 oz. Fettuccine Noodles

In a large crockpot, mix together the peas, carrots, onion, ham, salt and pepper. Pour the olive oil into the crockpot and stir to coat. Cook on low for 3-4 hours, stirring occasionally and adding oil as needed. Stir in the fettuccine noodles. Increase heat to high and cook for 10-15 minutes, or until pasta is tender. Drizzle with olive oil before serving.
