Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. dried beef, browned in butter
- 2 C. cooked potatoes, diced
- 2 C. cooked peas and carrots (1 pkg. frozen)
- Cream Sauce:
- 4 Tbs. butter
- 4 Tbs. flour
- 2 C. milk
- one 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese
Directions
For cream sauce, mix all ingredients together; cook until well blended. Layer dried beef, potatoes, carrots, and peas with cream sauce. Bake in a 350-degree oven for 1/2 hour.
