  • 1/2 lb. dried beef, browned in butter
  • 2 C. cooked potatoes, diced
  • 2 C. cooked peas and carrots (1 pkg. frozen)
  • Cream Sauce:
  • 4 Tbs. butter
  • 4 Tbs. flour
  • 2 C. milk
  • one 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese

For cream sauce, mix all ingredients together; cook until well blended.  Layer dried beef, potatoes, carrots, and peas with cream sauce. Bake in a 350-degree oven for 1/2 hour.
