Easiest Beef Roast Ever
Ingredients
- 1 beef roast, frozen (rump or eye - whatever fits in your pot)
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1 C. red wine
Directions
Put frozen roast into crock pot, empty pouch of soup on top and pour in wine. Set pot to cook on low for 8-10 hours. Ready when you return from work.
