Easiest Cherry Sorbet
Serving Size / Yield
- 4 cups pitted sweet cherries fresh or frozen
- 1 cup water
- 2-4 tablespoons confectioner's sugar
Puree cherries, water, and sugar to taste in blender until mixture is smooth. Strain through a fine sieve, pressing the solids to extract as much liquid as possible. Process mixture in ice cream maker according to directions. Transfer to an airtight container and freeze until ready to serve.
