Easiest Chicken or Turkey Pot Pie

- 2 pre-made pie crusts
- 2 C. leftover turkey or chicken skinless pieces
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 C. half and half
- 1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables (slightly thawed)
Start by preparing bottom half of pie crust in pie pan (follow directions on box). Using leftovers from turkey or whole chicken, use hands to tear into small, bite size skinless pieces (best taste using white and dark meat mix). Place into large mixing bowl. Add cream of chicken soup, thawed vegetables, and half and half (to desired consistency), add salt and pepper to flavor. Stir together and add to prepared pie pan. Top with second pie crust, crease and slice 4 slits into top of crust. Bake in preheated 350-degree oven for 40-45 minutes.
