  • 3/4 C. Almond Flour
  • 3/4 C. Powdered Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 2 Egg whites
  • 1/2 C. white sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. Almond Extract
  • 1 container chocolate frosting

Preheat the oven to 300 degrees. Whisk the egg whites until they have stiff peaks and add the sugar and almond extract. Combine the almond flour, powdered sugar, and salt until there are no clumps. Fold in the egg whites until well combined. Put the batter in a piping bag and pipe circles onto wax paper. Let them sit for 5 minutes, then bake for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool for 15 minutes before making sandwiches with the chocolate frosting.
