Easy, 3-Step No-Bake Chocolate Cheesecake
Serving Size / Yield
- 16 oz (2 blocks) cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 8 oz melted chocolate chips
- 1 Store-bought, Premade chocolate pie crust
- Chocolate shavings for decorating
Mix the first 4 ingredients together in a bowl with an electric mixer for a couple minute.
Add in the melted chocolate and mix for another couple minutes.
Pour into the premade crust, top with chocolate shavings and refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
