Easy Anchovy Soup

Ingredients
- 1/2 C. olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/4 lb. anchovies
- 1 Tbs. chopped parsley
- 2 Tbs. tomato paste
- 5 C. water
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions
Heat olive oil. Then add garlic. Brown and remove. Wash, bone and chop anchovies and add to the oil. Add parsley, tomato paste and water. Boil gently for 18 minutes. Serve
