Easy and Delicious Chocolate Covered Strawberries
Serving Size / Yield
- 1 dozen fresh and ripe strawberries
- 1 cup chopped chocolate
- 1 cup chopped white chocolate
- 1 cup cream
In two separate double boilers, melt the respective chocolates with 1/2 C. heavy cream. Keep warm once melted.
Wash and dry the strawberries and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Dip the berries in the chocolate and set on the baking sheet. If desired, drizzle with the opposite colored chocolate. Refrigerate for two hours.
