  • 4 boneless chops, 1/2" thick
  • 1 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 Tbs. vegetable oil
  • 1 C. salsa
  • 1 tsp. baking cocoa
  • 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 2 Tbs. fresh cilantro, minced

Rub ground cumin and chili powder on both sides of pork. Over medium heat, brown chops in oil on both sides. In a small bowl, mix salsa, cocoa and cinnamon to pour over sauce. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes. Sprinkle with cilantro.
