Easy and Hearty Crockpot Short Ribs
Serving Size / Yield
- 4 pounds beef short ribs
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon mustard
Arrange short rubs in the slow cooker.
Top with onions.
In small bowl, mix flour, barbecue sauce, honey, and mustard.
Place over ribs.
Cover slow cooker, and set on low for six to eight hours. For a faster meal, the cooker can be set on high for three to four hours.
Remove ribs, and skin fat from sauce.
Return ribs, and cover to keep warm.
