Easy Apricot Chicken

Ingredients
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- one 12-oz. jar apricot preserves
- one 8-oz. bottle Catalina dressing
- one 1-oz. pkg. dry onion soup mix
Directions
Place chicken in a 6-quart slow cooker sprayed with vegetable cooking spray. Combine apricot preserves, Catalina dressing, onion soup mix, and 1/4 cup water. Stir well. Cover chicken breast with mixture. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours.
