  • 800 g. of beef or turkey mince
  • 4 eggs, boiled
  • 55 g. of butter
  • 3 small onions
  • ¾ C. flour
  • 4 T. mustard
  • 2 packages of bacon

Chop up your onions and let them caramelize. Set your oven at 350 degrees. In a bowl add your caramelized onions and add them to your meat. Mix well. After you mix the meat and onions, place half of it into a roasting tin. Add your boiled eggs next to one another. Add the rest of the meat on top of the eggs. The meat should cover the eggs. Wrap the top of the loaf evenly with the bacon. Place it into the oven for 40 minutes.
