Easy Balsamic Bacon Brussels Sprouts

- 3 C. brussels sprouts, trimmed and sliced
- 3 bacon strips, diced
- 1 C. water
- 1 C. balsamic vinegar
Wash the trimmed and sliced sprouts under cold water. Place them into a skillet with the diced bacon strips. Cook the mixture for 10-15 minutes or until the sprouts are brown. Add in the water and let it cook for 5 minutes. Drain the skillet. Add in the balsamic vinegar. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve as a side. Enjoy.
