Easy Beef Au Jus Sandwiches
Ingredients
- 2 lb. beef eye round roast
- 1 envelope Lipton onion mushroom mix
- 1 1/2 C. water
- 1 red bell pepper, fried with minced garlic
- Kaiser rolls
- 1 slice provolone cheese per sandwich
Directions
Add first 3 ingredients to the crock pot and cook all day. Shred the beef and set aside. Strain the broth and put back into the crock pot. Add the shredded beef.
To assemble the sandwich, add the beef, provolone cheese and peppers.
