If you don't have a lot of time to cook in the evenings, put this quick casserole in the oven and enjoy a beefy, vegetable filled casserole! It's warm, flaky, biscuit crust and cheesy surprise will probably have you coming back for second and third servings.

  • 1½ lbs Ground Beef
  • 10¾-oz. can Condensed Golden Mushroom Soup
  • 10¾-oz. can Condensed Tomato Soup
  • 1 package Mixed Frozen Vegetables
  • ¾ cup Water
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 large can Refrigerated Biscuits
  • ½ cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese* (optional)

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cook ground beef in skillet over medium-high heat. Steam frozen vegetables for 2-3 minutes. Gradually add both soups, worcestershire sauce, water and mixed vegetables to beef. Turn off heat and pour into casserole dish. Bake for 10-15 min. Cut biscuits into halves while dish is baking. Remove dish and stir well. Layer biscuits on top of dish (sprinkle with cheese if you like) and bake 10 min, or until biscuits are golden brown.
