  • 5 C. of tortilla chips
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can of chopped green chiles, drained
  • 1 oz. of taco seasoning
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 2 C. Monterey Jack cheese

Heat your oven to 400 degrees. Line a pan with foil and spay it with cooking spray. Spread half of the chips onto the pan. In a skillet brown your beef over medium heat, stir it. Drain the beef once it’s browned. Add the taco seasoning and green chiles. Let it cook for a few more minutes. Pour half of the beef mixture onto the chips. Top it with half of the toppings. Repeat the layers until everything is used up. Have a cheese layer on top. Let it bake for 10-15 minutes. Add more toppings if desired.
