  • 2-3 lb. stewing meat
  • 1-2 medium onions, chopped (depends on how much you like)
  • 1-2 cans mushrooms, drained (depends on how much you like)
  • 2 cans Progresso French Onion Soup
  • 2 cans Cream of Celery soup
  • 1 container sour cream
  • 1 bag egg noodles

Slightly brown the meat in a pan.  Put the meat in the crock pot and cover with the onion and mushrooms.  Mix the soups together in a mixing bowl and pour over the meat.  Set crockpot on low for 6-7 hours or high on 3-4 hours.  Prepare the noodles, when you are ready to serve. Mix sour cream into the meat-soup mixture. Pour the soup over the noodles and serve.
