  • 3 T. mayonnaise
  • 4 tsp. blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. salt

Steam eggs in a vegetable steamer for 15 minutes. Let them cool slightly, and peel. Slice eggs in half lengthwise, remove yolks, and mash the yolks.
Stir mayonnaise, blue cheese, Dijon mustard, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, and salt into yolks. Divide among whites. Top with pepper and serve.
