Easy Blueberry Cake with Cream Cheese Icing

Very easy and delicious cake. Cake is also very moist and has a great cream cheese icing.

Ingredients

  • Cake:
  • 1 white cake mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 can blueberry pie filling
  • Icing:
  • 1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 16-oz. tub Cool Whip
  • 1 C. confectioners sugar

Directions

Cake:

Mix cake mix (cake mix is added dry do not prepare cake), eggs, and blueberry filling together and pour in a greased and floured 13x9-inch pan. Bake 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees.

Icing:

Mix cream cheese, Cool Whip and sugar together, and spread on cake when cooled.
