Easy Buttermilk Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1 C. flour
- 3 Tbs. sugar
- 1 Tbs. baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/4 C. buttermilk
- 2 1/2 Tbs. melted butter
Directions
Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. In a separate bowl, mix together eggs and buttermilk. Pour wet mixture into dry ingredients and stir until smooth. Add melted butter to batter. Cook on hot griddle lightly coated with vegetable oil. Flip pancakes when bubbles appear on surface and bottom side is golden brown. Serve with maple syrup, butter, and fresh fruit (optional).
