These cake mix cookies are soft, scrumptious and light!

Ingredients

  • 1 box cake mix (any flavor)
  • 1/2 C. oil
  • 2 eggs
  • Choose one or all three of these mix-ins:
  • chocolate chips, raisins, or nuts

Directions

Mix together all ingredients. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Roll dough into balls, press with fork and place on cookie sheets. Bake for 9-12 minutes.
