Easy Caramel Apple Bread Pudding
- 10 slices of cinnamon- raisin bread (cubed)
- 1/4 C. margarine
- 3 medium granny smith apples
- 1 C. of caramel ice cream topping
Preheat oven to 350 F. Toss cubed bread in mixing bowl with melted margarine. Peel, core, and slice apples into eighths. Layer apples, bread cubes, and caramel sauce, repeat layers. Bake 25- 30 minutes or until apples are tender and bread is golden brown.
