Easy Caramel Fudge Squares
Serving Size / Yield
- 1 stick butter
- 1 can condensed milk
- 2 Tbs. of golden syrup
- 1 C brown sugar
- 1 C white chocolate, broken into pieces
Line baking pan with baking paper.
In a saucepan, cook butter, golden syrup, condensed milk and brown sugar over low heat for 10 minutes, or until mixture thickens. Remove from heat and add chopped white chocolate and stir.
Pour the caramel into the baking pan and smooth out the surface. Chill for 6 hours.
Cut into 1- to 2-inch squares and serve.
