  • 12 med. eggs
  • ¼ C. 2% milk
  • ¼ C. grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp. sea salt
  • ½ tsp. Fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp. Minced garlic
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 12oz. bag broccoli florets chopped and sautéed
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 325°F. Whisk eggs well, stir in all ingredients carefully until well combined. Pour ingredients into a 9 x 13 baking dish or a casserole dish coated with cooking spray. Bake for 40 minutes or until set. Cut and Serve warm.
