  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 C. dry white wine
  • 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 1 (6-oz.) container of garlic and herb cheese spread
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 3 tsp. whole milk

Heat up a medium saucepan over high heat. Add garlic and wine. Cook for 5 minutes or until bubbles appear. Mix in nutmeg and spread until melted. Add mozzarella and stir until melted and smooth. Reduce heat to medium. Whisk in milk, 1 tsp. at a time. Pour into a fondue pot and place on stand over heat source. Serve with bread cubes or raspberries.
