This easy and cheese-filled crockpot beef lasagna recipe is a great meal to throw together when you don't feel like cooking all day. With just 10 minutes of prep time, this meal comes together by slow cooking to perfection in the crockpot!

  • 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp. garlic, minced
  • 15 oz. tomato sauce
  • 3 oz. tomato paste
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 6 oz. lasagna noodles
  • 6 oz. ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 C. Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 8 oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded

Heat the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic. Once the beef begins to brown and the onion becomes translucent, add the tomato sauce, tomato paste and salt. Cook until the beef is cooked through.

In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, mozzarella, and Parmesan. Spoon a thin layer of the meat mixture into the bottom of your crockpot. Add a layer of noodles, and top with a layer of the cheese. (It’s okay if you break the noodles to get them to fit.) Repeat the layering process until all ingredients have been used. Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
