  • 1 16-oz can garbanzo beans
  • 1 C. shredded cheddar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Drain the can of garbanzo beans, and save the liquid for later. Microwave the clove of garlic for 30 seconds to soften it. Put all of the ingredients and 1/4 cup of the liquid from the beans into a food processor or blender, and blend until smooth.

Serve immediately with sliced vegetables, crackers, or pita bread.
