Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs. sm. yellow squash
  • 1 1/2 lbs. zucchini
  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/4 C. butter, melted
  • 1/2 C. seasoned dry breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 C. grated cheddar cheese

Directions

Cut yellow squash and zucchini into small pieces.  Place in bottom of slow cooker sprayed with vegetable cooking spray.  Sprinkle with seasoned salt and pepper.  Pour melted butter over squash and sprinkle with breadcrumbs and cheese.  Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours.
