  • The Easy Cheesy Zucchini Casserole recipe is absolutely delicious, an excellent dish to serve to friends and family and a great way to use up the vegetable if you are growing it since it grows quite rapidly.

  • This dish was absolutely fabulous!! I have made it 3 times since discovering this recipe last week. My husband who is not too fond of zucchini even liked it. I even made a large amount and packaged into smaller portions to freeze.

  • Tried this recipe the other night, it was wonderful! My husband loved it also. We ate the left-overs yesterday & it was just as good - maybe even better!
