Easy Chicken Burritos
Ingredients
- 4 Chicken breasts; boiled
- 1 Tbs. Chopped onion
- 1 1/2 C. Salsa
- 1 C. Sour cream
- 1 C. Grated cheese
- 1 can Cream of chicken soup
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Burrito shells (8-12)
Directions
Shred chicken breasts with forks. Mix chicken, onion, sour cream, 1/2 C. salsa, salt and pepper. Wrap in shells and lay in greased 13 x 9 pan. Mix remaining 1 C. salsa and soup together, pour over shells. Top with cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
