Easy Chicken Enchiladas Verde

- 1 (16 oz.) jar garlic and lime verde salsa
- 1 1/2 C. chicken, shredded and cooked
- 1/2 C. sour cream
- 1 1/2 C. shredded Cheddar Jack cheese
- 8 tortillas, warmed
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. In the bottom of large baking dish, spread 1/2 C. salsa. In a bowl, combine 1/4 C. salsa, chicken, sour cream, and 1/2 C. cheese. In the center of each tortilla, spoon 3 Tbs. chicken mixture and roll up the tortillas around the filling. Put the tortillas seam-side down in the baking dish. Top with the remaining salsa. Bake for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake for 5 minutes more, or until the cheese has melted.
