When in a rush, use purchased crescent rolls to put together this delicious chicken pot pie. You still have the same creamy flavor mixed with all your favorite vegetables.

  • 2 pkg. crescent rolls
  • 3 chicken breasts, boiled and diced
  • 1 can green beans
  • 1 can peas
  • 1 can carrots
  • 2 small cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 soup can of milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9-by-13-inch baking pan with cooking spray. Press one package of crescent rolls into the bottom and up the sides of the pan. In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Spread mixture evenly over the crescent rolls. Add the last can of crescent rolls to form a top crust and stretch to cover completely. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
