Easy Chocolate Cheesepie
Ingredients
- 2 2 oz. bars Hershey's Unsweetened Baking Chocolate, broken into pieces
- 1/2 C. (1/2 stick) butter or margarine, softened
- 3/4 C. sugar
- 1 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp. milk
- 2 C. frozen Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 6 oz. pkg. graham cracker crumb crust additional Cool Whip (optional)
Directions
In small microwave-safe bowl, place chocolate. Microwave at High (100%) 1-1 1/2 minutes or until chocolate is melted and smooth when stirred. In small bowl, beat sugar, cream cheese and milk until well blended and smooth; blend in chocolate. Fold in 2 C. whipped topping; spoon into crust. Cover; refrigerate until firm, about 3 hours. Garnish with additional whipped topping, if desired.
