  • 2 2 oz. bars Hershey's Unsweetened Baking Chocolate, broken into pieces
  • 1/2 C. (1/2 stick) butter or margarine, softened
  • 3/4 C. sugar
  • 1 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp. milk
  • 2 C. frozen Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1 6 oz. pkg. graham cracker crumb crust
  • additional Cool Whip (optional)

In small microwave-safe bowl, place chocolate. Microwave at High (100%) 1-1 1/2 minutes or until chocolate is melted and smooth when stirred. In small bowl, beat sugar, cream cheese and milk until well blended and smooth; blend in chocolate. Fold in 2 C. whipped topping; spoon into crust. Cover; refrigerate until firm, about 3 hours. Garnish with additional whipped topping, if desired.

  • I have to agree with the lady that made the last comment. She wants to know if the recipe means, *Is it 1/2 or 1/2 stick butter. 1/2 cup is actually 1 stick of butter. Also she said it doesn't say when to add the butter. Please would someone correct these mistakes. Thank-you Marsha

  • Is it 1/2 cup or 1/2 stick butter? 1/2 cup is 1 stick. And it doesn't say when to add the butter. I added it with the cream cheese.
