For a special holiday morning, you want to make a meal that's out of this world. Cook up these chocolate-filled crepes when the whole family is over!

9 crepes


  • Crepes:
  • 1/4 C. flour
  • 1 Tbs. unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbs. sugar
  • 1/2 C. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 Tbs. melted butter
  • Chocolate:
  • 1 C. chocolate chips
  • 2 Tbs. Amaretto
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • Dash salt
  • 1/2 C. heavy cream, heated to the boiling point
  • 3 egg yolks

Place crepe ingredients in blender and mix for 30 seconds. Let batter sit for 30 minutes. While waiting, mix chocolate ingredients (except eggs) in blender. Mix for 45 seconds. Add egg yolks. Mix for 30 seconds. Place mixture in fridge. Warm a skillet over low heat and pour 2 Tbs. batter. Spread batter evenly and cook until bottom of crepe is lightly browned. Scoop chocolate on crepes and fold before serving.
