Easy Cobbler

Ingredients
- 2 C. flour
- 2 C. milk
- 2 C. sugar (adjust according to the fruits sweetness.)
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- dash of salt
- 2 C. fruit - blueberries and peach are our favorites, I would add 1 tsp. of cinnamon if I use apples
Directions
Mix the first 5 ingredients together and pour into a greased 9x13 pan. Pour the fruit over the top (and it ends up on the bottom.) Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes until light brown and the batter comes out dry when you test with a toothpick. The time depends on what fruit you use and whether they are fresh, frozen or canned- they all work very well.
